Product Returns
AVID administrates products returned for servicing or repair through our Returned Material Authorisation (RMA) scheme.
The RMA scheme significantly enhances the processing of returned items and offers tracking of any item returned to us.
We require any person wishing to return product to complete the RMA Authorisation Request Form.
AVID will not accept any product returned to the factory that is not accompanied by the required RMA documentation.
Upon receipt of your Request Form we will supply the documentation required to accompany your product.
Particularly for product being sent from overseas, this will avoid problems with Customs and possible additional charges.
